Interview with Wolfgang Pfenning
Q: You’re always problem-solving in creative and innovative ways. What’s a new technique you’ve added to your skill set that didn’t come from previous generations? How has it improved things from what you did before?
A: Being focused on many things at the same time and learning many skills in completely different areas, and handing them on to the coworkers. Having grown up working independently a lot, I had to learn to let other people have a chance to do things and make their own experiences. Compare it to a rope. It is made up of many fibres. Many fibres together are strong.
Q: What’s the most important thing you want people to know about organic?
A: By eating organic, people are actively voting which industry and environmental footprint they are supporting.
